Job Description

- To supervise and support the Order Processor in delivering
their responsibility,
- Monitor the integrity of SAP output to ensure no information
error.
- To confirm supply plan together with Order processor team
for 13wks rolling forecast and inform customers should any
deviation between forecast vs. supply.
- Coordinate finding best solution with related Unilever team
(Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Development, QC,
Commercial) when there is a deviation to the operation
normality such as potential delayed delivery, sudden
demand from the Customer etc.

- Min Bachelor degree, preferably from Industrial Eng
- Having experience in Planning , project management or
Customer Service
- Good in handling number, especially trading terms
- Max 28 years old
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Possess good communication skill and dynamic
- Good interpersonal skill , able to work under pressure
- Excellent negotiation skill
