HR Business Partner
(Site Based – Permanent)

PURPOSE

Reporting to HR Superintendent /HR Manager, HR Business Partner (site based) is accountable for providing technical assistance and expertise to all employees and contractors on site location in the implementation /application of specific HR plans and programs. Responsibilities include supervision /leadership, handling grievance, manage industrial relations issues, recruitment, performance management, developing HR policies practices, coordinating training, providing HR advisory and coaching, prepare all reports as required by Manpower Department to ensure compliancy, etc.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Ensure all activities are respect to HSEC policies and procedures in order to comply with the HSEC BHPB standard.
* Plans, organizes and implements the project’s human resources activity; evaluates progress of all human resources activities, reports results and makes modification as required.
* Provides assistance to site project management in the creation and maintenance of good employee relations; implements employee communications programs.
* Provide expert advice to site project management on all matters pertaining to industrial relations.
* Provides visible leadership on behalf of the management by walking the floor to understand the sentiments of the employees and addresses all issues proactively and promptly.
* Ensure that all managers and supervisors adhere the company’s disciplinary process and that the employee Code of Conduct is periodically reviewed.
* Conduct training to educate all managers and supervisors with a basic knowledge of local employment laws and skills to handle disciplinary process.
* Build a good relationship with other Employee Relation among the industry area, Government Institution, Legal Advisor, Manpower Department
* Provides advice and counsel to line management regarding the interpretation and intent of human resources policies and practices.
* Supervision to all IMC contractors in regards HR policies and practices.
* Coordinating Training for all site based employees and contractors
* Monitoring and assist all site based employees in the performance review process
* Handling Grievances
* Manage Local Recruitment /Employment
* Prepare monthly report and ensure compliance to manpower regulations
* Communicating HR strategy, policies and procedure to all site based employees, contractors, manpower and Community (Hapakat Porgram)

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / ABILITIES

* Bachelor degree in Management /Psychology /Social Studies
* At least 7 years experienced handling HR in supervisory level
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels with internal and external parties.
* Awareness on local culture and cross-cultural communication.
* Understanding Business Improvement Principles (i.e. the impact of HR policies on finance, etc.).
* Extensive knowledge on Labour policies, procedures and regulations, particularly those practiced in large corporations
* Detailed knowledge of company regulations and relevant issues related to its implementation.

Receptionist and Travel Admin
(Jakarta Based – 1 year contract)

PURPOSE

The primary function of this role is to greet and assist incoming callers and visitors to our office ensuring that all visitors enter our offices in accordance with established safety induction and visitor procedures. Other accountabilities are to coordinating all travel arrangements for our employees, contractor and visitors. This includes flights, accommodation and ground transportation for travel to and from Jakarta and our operating sites. Making bookings in accordance with travel policies, preparing itineraries and tracking the status of all planned travel are the key components of this role. This position will also responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating a courier service, ensuring office stationary supplies are adequately stocked.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Ensure all activities are respect to HSEC policies and procedures in order to comply with the HSEC BHPB standard.
* Ensure an effective process for coordinating the travel arrangements for employees, contractors and visitors.
* Coordination of travel arrangements in accordance with our travel policy and procedure.
* Ensure processes in place to track the status of all planned travel.
* Ensure our knowledge of service provider timetables, rates, availability, services etc is always currents.
* Ensure visitors to our offices enter in accordance with established safety induction and visitors procedures.
* Manage all incoming and outgoing email in accordance with established policies and procedures.
* Coordination the courier service.
* Ensure stationary supplies are adequately stocked.
* Ensure that administrative systems and process in relation to the reception function are continually improved.
* Ensure process of receiving goods are handled and administered as per receiving goods procedure.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / ABILITIES

* Diploma Secretary / English.
* 3 years general administrative and reception experience.
* Experience in arranging travel itineraries and logistics.
* Computer literacy (MS Office).
* Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all level with internal and external parties.
* Excellent English.
* Communication skills (verbal & written).
* Problem solving.
