Job description

1. Negotiating and advising on (a) LNG, LPG and natural gas sales contracts to our foreign and domestic buyers arising out of our production entitlement under the Mahakam PSC (being the largest gas producer in the East Kalimantan gas system) and agreements in support of those contracts, (b) agreements underlying and supporting the East Kalimantan gas system and (c) agreements in support of the development of Total’s business in Indonesia; i.e. PSCs, JOAs, farm-ins and joint study, joint bidding & joint operating agreements, etc. 2. Providing advice on the day-to-day management of Total’s asset portfolio (operating and non-operating) in Indonesia. 3. Cooperating with the various Indonesian Government departments and agencies as well as our fellow contractors in East Kalimantan and elsewhere in Indonesia. 4. Liaising and cooperating internally with other members of Total’s organization in Indonesia as well as with our Head Office in Paris to ensure an appropriate response is given dealing with a wide range of commercial issues arising out of our business in Indonesia.
